VeViCore Technologies ("VeViCore", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, company and message when you use our contact form or email us.
  • Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site and to prevent spam and abuse (for example, limiting how often a form can be sent).

This website does not use advertising cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (see Cookies).

How we use information

  • To assess job applications you send us
  • To operate, secure and improve this website
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, under obligations to protect it, or where required by law. These currently include:

  • Zoho — our email provider, which delivers contact-form messages to our team.
  • Microsoft Azure — hosts the static website and private storage used for contact-form enquiries and rate-limit records.
  • Google — only if you accept analytics cookies; Google Analytics receives information about your visit (see Cookies).
  • Cloudflare — only if the "are you human" check is enabled on the contact form, to filter automated spam.

Retention

Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless we need them longer to continue a conversation with you or the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use essential cookies. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them:

  • Google Analytics cookies (optional; named _ga and _ga_…): set only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. They let Google Analytics count visits and see which pages are used, using a random identifier. Google Analytics doesn't store your full IP address. These cookies last up to 2 years.

The contact form uses a short-lived signed challenge held in page memory to deter automated submissions; it is not stored in a cookie. If you click Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your browser's storage, not in a cookie. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email contact@vevicore.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). See Trust & security for details and for how to report a vulnerability.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
